I am unable to log in to the app.

If you cannot log in to the app, please contact us using the following method:

 

If you forget your password:

1. On the login screen of the application, select "Forgot Password?"
2. On the password reset screen, enter your registered information and select "Reset Password.
3. You will receive an email with instructions for resetting your password. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
4. Once your password has been reset, try logging in again from the login screen.
